MIAMI, FL—Bankruptcy attorney Alan R. Rosenberg, an associate with the law firm of Markowitz Ringel Trusty + Hartog, and a member of the firm’s restructuring an insolvency practice group, has been named the chair of the Nextgen Executive Council at Chapman Partnership, the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust.
Nextgen is Chapman Partnership’s young professionals’ group. Nextgen members network with community and business leaders at various social events, and engage in hands-on community outreach activities by volunteering for projects that further Chapman Partnership’s overall mission: to empower the homeless.
Rosenberg focuses on representing bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors and other parties in interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida; a member of the Bankruptcy Litigation Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute; and a member of the Digital Currency Taskforce of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar.
