BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Alexandra Pichette spoke at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) webcast, “Legal Issues in Returning to the Office in the Post-Pandemic World,”. Pichette discussed how to handle and advise on employee requests for increased flexibility as businesses re-open. She spoke on the following:
– Legal considerations governing employee requests to telework;
– Suggestions for ensuring a safe workplace consistent with guidance from the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA); and
– Tips for revising employee telework policies in today’s climate.
Pichette is a litigator who represents employers in labor and employment matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, the NLRB, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Labor, and California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing and Office of the Labor Commissioner.
