DALLAS, TX—A federal jury in Atlanta, GA, on July 1, ruled that Stoneridge Software broke its contract with SIS, LLC, when it used confidential information obtained as a subcontractor to undercut SIS on a Microsoft software implementation project for APi Construction Company.
