MIAMI, FL—Bankruptcy attorney Alan R. Rosenberg, an associate with the law firm of Markowitz Ringel Trusty + Hartog, and a member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, has been named a 40 under 40 Insolvency Professional by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). Rosenberg was selected based on a track record of professional achievement and service.
Rosenberg focuses on representing bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors and other parties in interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida; a member of the Bankruptcy Litigation Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute; and a member of the Digital Currency Taskforce of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar. In 2019, Alan was selected to participate in the 10th annual Next Generation (NextGen) program by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ). He is a 2020 Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star, a 2020 Florida Trend Legal Elite Up & Comer and a 2020 South Florida Legal Guide Up & Comer.
Active in the community, Alan is a member of the Board of Trustees and is Chair of the nextgen Executive Council at Chapman Partnership, the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust. Alan holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
