Seth R. Ogden is a registered patent attorney focused on litigation and client counseling regarding patents, trademarks and trade secrets. He has a doctorate in cancer biology from Vanderbilt and works with a wide variety of technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, industrial chemicals, road construction, software, and electronic devices. After obtaining his law degree at American University, Dr. Ogden practiced pharmaceutical patent litigation in Washington, D.C. before joining the Patterson team in 2015. When not at work, he can be found constructing elaborate Hot Wheels tracks or conducting hockey “practice” in the driveway with his wife and son.
