About Nicole Blank Becker
Nicole Blank Becker is the founder of Blank Law PC in Bloomfield, Michigan; she and her team focus their practice solely on defending those accused (falsely or not) of sex crimes. She uses her prosecutor experience to help her clients get a fair trial.
What drew Nicole to the practice of law? Nicole's father is a criminal defense attorney. She grew up wanting to follow in his footsteps. "He advised me not to become a criminal defense lawyer. Children tend to do the opposite of whatever their parents suggest. I was no exception."
What qualifies Nicole for the practice of criminal defense? She started as a defense attorney at the Legal Aid Defender Office in Detroit. After a year and a half, she was offered a job at the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office in Detroit. She advanced to the Macon County Prosecutor's Office, where she became the chief of the Sex Unit and the Child Abuse Unit.
She took the knowledge and skills she learned and opened her law firm focused solely on sex crimes.
Nicole's work philosophy. "My philosophy regarding law practice is that 'truth' and 'justice' should always prevail. No matter what side you are on (defense/prosecution), there should be zero tolerance when it comes to a 'fair trial.'"
My Mission at Blank Law is to help people who are accused falsely or not of highly sensitive crimes defend themselves in the courtroom and the court of public opinion.
The highlight of Nicole's day. "I enjoy helping people who are entitled to a fair shake." Nicole has been on both sides. She enjoys using her knowledge as a former prosecutor to help those in need of her services.
Additionally, she enjoys educating parents, teens, companies, and others about the laws for sexual crimes. "I want to help them avoid making the mistakes that hundreds of thousands of people before them have made."
Why Nicole decided to launch Blank Law PC. "I opened my firm because I saw a real need for it. Blank Law, PC, solely focuses on sex crimes."
With the way of the world today, you can't open a newspaper or listen to a news channel without hearing about someone being accused of a sex crime. Most people are not educated regarding the law regarding sex crimes. The team at Blank Law all have the same Mission.

Nicole outside the office. "I am blessed to have a beautiful, loving, and supportive family. If I am not at work, I am with my family. We do all sorts of fun activities together. We love to travel. We all love to keep healthy and enjoy life."
