Locke Lord Partner Brad Weber, Past President of the Dallas Bar Association and Director on the Board of the State Bar of Texas, has been elected Chair-Elect of the Antitrust and Business Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas. After serving a one-year term in this position, Weber will assume the position of Chair of the Section in June 2019.
Based in the Firm’s Dallas office, Weber serves as Co-Leader of Locke Lord’s Firm-wide Antitrust Practice Group and has developed a full-service antitrust practice with an emphasis on litigation, government investigations and antitrust compliance. His recent litigation cases have involved clients from a wide range of industries, including building products, travel services, energy, healthcare, medical devices, telecommunications, hotels and agriculture. He also has extensive experience representing clients in class actions and multidistrict litigation.
Weber has been recognized by The National Law Journal as one of the 25 “Trailblazers” in the United States for M&A and Antitrust Law. He consistently is recognized by Chambers USA for Antitrust Law, The Best Lawyers in America for Antitrust Law and by Super Lawyers magazine as a “Texas Super Lawyer” for Antitrust Litigation.
