MIAMI—Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. (BMO) Managing Shareholder Grace Dunlap is pleased to announce that Ellie Neiberger, Esq., an attorney in the firm’s Miami office, was recently named a shareholder with BMO.
An attorney with BMO since 2009, Neiberger practices appellate advocacy and litigation, with an emphasis on representing Florida governments in high-profile and complex cases and cases of first impression. She represents clients in appeals, original proceedings for extraordinary writs, and trial and administrative-level litigation.
Her practice involves a variety of business and government-related disputes, including labor and employment litigation, challenges to state statutes, finance issues, public records and Sunshine Law claims, and bid protests.
Neiberger is a member of the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section and the ABA Council of Appellate Lawyers, and currently serves the City County and Local Government Section of The Florida Bar as The Florida Bar Journal Column Editor. Florida Trend magazine named her as a “Legal Elite” from 2012–2018, and she was selected as one of Florida Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars from 2015–2018 in the area of appellate practice.
She graduated first in her class from the Florida State University College of Law and received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Florida.
“Over the past 10 years, Ellie has proven herself to be an extraordinary attorney, exceptional leader, and a great asset to us at BMO,” said Dunlap. “I know that she will continue to enjoy the same success in her new role.”
