TALLAHASSEE, FL—Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. (BMO) Managing Shareholder Grace Dunlap is pleased to announce that Nailah I. Tatum, Esq., an attorney in the firm’s Tallahassee office, was recently named a shareholder with BMO.
Tatum is a member of the firm’s transactional practice group with a focus in real estate and business law. She has more than a decade of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including assisting clients in the purchase, sale and lease of significant commercial, educational and industrial properties, representing local governments in contracting, procurement and construction matters, and advising clients on policy and regulatory compliance and corporate and board governance.
Prior to joining BMO in 2017, Tatum practiced 11 years with a large Philadelphia-based law firm.
She earned her J.D. and MBA degrees simultaneously from the Penn State University Dickinson School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.
