Bryant Miller Olive P.A. Attorneys Recognized in the Field of Public Finance Law in The Best Lawyers in America 2021

FLORIDA—Five lawyers representing Bryant Miller Olive P.A.’s (BMO) Orlando, Tampa and Miami  offices ― who focus their practice on Public Finance ― have been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America 2021.

Randall C. Clement, Esq. was named the Best Lawyers 2021 Public Finance Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Orlando. Based on peer reviews, only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.” Clement has been involved in the public finance practice since 1982 and has extensive experience in state and local government revenue bond financings in the State of Florida.

For the 16th year in a row, Duane D. Draper, Esq. was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in Tampa in the field of Public Finance Law. Beginning in 1989, Draper has specialized in public finance, either as an attorney or investment banker. He currently co-chairs the firm’s Public Finance Group and serves as the Business Development Chair.

JoLinda L. Herring, Esq. was selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2021 in Miami in the field of Public Finance Law and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for the past three years. Herring’s practice is dedicated to municipal law, governmental tax-exempt financings and blue sky securities law, and she co-chairs the firm’s public finance group alongside Draper.

For the 14th year in a row, Kenneth R. Artin, Esq. was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in Orlando in the field of Public Finance Law. Artin has been actively practicing public finance law beginning in 1986, in which he has represented municipalities, counties, public and not-for-profit colleges and universities and special taxing districts as disclosure counsel, bond counsel and special development counsel.
