Hittner brings in-depth experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to the firm. She also has a unique background as a certified public accountant, working with a Big Four public accounting firm prior to entering the legal field.
Hittner counsels private equity firms and other businesses on deal documents, negotiating strategies, and day-to-day operations.
