CHICAGO, IL—Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mollie E. Krupp, William L. Ivey and Gabrielle C. Romano have joined the firm as associates in both the Estate & Trust Administration & Litigation and Estate Planning & Asset Protection groups.
Krupp administers decedent and guardianship estates and develops customized estate plans, drawing from valuable, hands-on experience gained from previously working as a legal extern for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Chicago Transit Authority.
Licensed to practice in both South Carolina and Illinois, Ivey assists clients in making well-informed decisions when drafting an estate plan by offering a full scope of services that include AB trust planning, complex corporate structuring and wealth preservation.
Romano’s decision to practice in her chosen areas is of a more personal nature, having a brother with autism. Years of experience interacting with and supporting persons with special needs, along with her own inherent compassion, allows Romano to bring a personal sense of advocacy to clients who need decedent and guardianship estates for disabled adults and minors.
