DALLAS, TX—Crawford, Wishnew & Lang PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Cameron E. Jean to its office located in Dallas, Texas. Cameron brings experience in representing entities in matters involving employment and commercial litigation, among other things.
“I am excited to bring my skillset to this talented group of lawyers who have built a well-respected litigation practice in a relatively short period of time,” said Jean.
After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2015, Cameron served as a briefing attorney to the Honorable Chief Justice Carolyn Wright of the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas. He then clerked for the Honorable Christine A. Nowak of the Eastern District of Texas. These clerkship experiences gave Cameron the opportunity to analyze varied and complex cases from initial filing through appeal. Cameron comes to Crawford, Wishnew & Lang after several years working as an associate at Figari + Davenport, LLP, where he litigated commercial cases with a wide array of subject matter.
“When we consider adding a lawyer to the CWL family, we first rely on our existing members to identify talented lawyers that will be a fit with our practice areas and firm. Haleigh Jones knew Cameron from their days clerking at the Fifth District Court of Appeals and introduced him to the team, and we all knew immediately Cameron was the right fit for CWL,” said Dave Wishnew.
“I will always treasure and fondly remember my years practicing with Figari + Davenport,” Jean said. “CWL is as a firm that businesses and individuals trust when they require the very best, and I cannot think of a more invigorating place to continue my career.”
