HOUSTON, TX—Energy lawyer Daniel F. Allison has been promoted to partner effective Jan. 1 in the Houston office of Sidley Austin LLP.
Mr. Allison’s practice focuses on commercial lending and other complex commercial finance and energy transactions. His work involves exploration and production companies, pipeline and storage companies, oilfield services companies and renewable energy projects. Before practicing law, he worked for the exploration and production subsidiary of an international oil company.
