BOSTON, MA—Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that attorneys David I. Brody and Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber presented at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) annual Employment Law Conference on Thursday, November 18. Brody, who also served on the conference Advisory Committee, moderated the panel, “Managing the Remote Workforce.” Bogin-Farber served on the panel, “Interplay of Employee Benefits and Leave Programs During COVID.”

A partner in Sherin’s award-winning Employment Department, Brody represents individuals in a wide range of matters, including contract negotiation and enforcement, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblowing.

Bogin-Farber is a senior associate and represents individuals in all aspects of employment negotiations and litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has litigated cases before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in state and federal court.
