BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Deepa Desai served as a speaker for the Massachusetts Staffing Association’s Legal and Compliance Webinar series entitled, “Employee Handbooks: Top Ten Items that Should be Added,” on June 10, 2020.
Desai discussed how organizations can think strategically about and maintain compliant employee handbooks so they are useful tools for management and staff without creating legal exposure.
