BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Damien M. DiGiovanni spoke on the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) webinar, “Employment Law Under the Biden Administration,” on January 11, 2021. Panelists discussed the developments they expect to see at the federal level during the Biden administration. DiGiovanni covered the following:

The National Labor Relations Act and the NLRB;
The new administration’s approach to COVID-19 in the workplace.
DiGiovanni represents public and private sector clients in various industries, including higher education, transportation, retail, public utilities, municipalities and health care, both in Massachusetts and across the country.
