Ron DeSantis to the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Second District Court of Appeal. Florida’s Judicial Nominating Commissions (JNCs) select nominees to fill judicial vacancies within the state court system.
A member of Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Peace represents business and commercial clients in complex litigation across a variety of industries and in state and federal courts across the country. He also works with clients facing governmental investigations and litigations, dealing with whistleblower allegations and qui tam actions.
