The Criminal Courts Bar Association welcomes Orange County Assistant Public Defender Scott Sanders for the presentation “The Use of Jailhouse Informants in Perkins Operations: Strategies and Tips.” Mr. Sanders, notorious for breaking the Orange County informant scandal, will discuss his experiences and knowledge of undercover informant operations which remain rampant in Los Angeles County.
