CHARLOTTE, NC—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Jonathan H. Ferry, most recently an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina, has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as a partner in the Government Enforcement and Investigations Practice Group.

Mr. Ferry focuses his practice primarily on Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act (FIRREA) violations, procurement and mortgage fraud, as well as fraud involving the Small Business Administration, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has extensive knowledge of healthcare statutes and regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act, and their application to various business arrangements and marketing activities.
