WASHINGTON DC—Venable LLP is pleased to announce that Greg Wagner has joined the firm as a partner in the Regulatory Practice in the Washington, DC office. Mr. Wagner represents and advises clients in the oil, natural gas, and electricity industries in regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters.
Mr. Wagner brings a career’s worth of experience representing a wide range of clients in the energy sector, including pipeline shippers, pipeline owners, gas marketers, LNG project developers, electric utilities, and power marketers before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state regulatory commissions, and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Wagner represents crude oil and refined petroleum products shippers in litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and U.S. Courts of Appeal. He also advises clients on all aspects of contracting for transportation service on regulated pipelines, including facilities expansions, precedent agreements, capacity releases, and asset management transactions.

Mr. Wagner received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2002 and his B.A. in Political Science from Cleveland State University in 1999.
