PHOENIX—Gust Rosenfeld, P.L.C. is pleased to announce that Jesi L. Wolnik has joined the firm’s Real Estate Group. Jesi practices in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, professional liability, arbitration/mediation, and probate.
Bringing more than 15 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker to her practice, Jesi handles a variety of professional liability issues for real estate professionals, including escrow agents, insurance agents, and real estate agents. Jesi also assists brokers during audits or investigations by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
Jesi has extensive experience resolving real property disputes, easement and access disputes, boundary issues, and quiet title disputes. Jesi additionally advises and represents clients in agreements for sale and commercial and development transactions.
Jesi teaches courses to real estate brokers and agents throughout the state for the Arizona Association of Realtors. She also served as one of the attorneys for the Arizona Association of Realtors legal hotline.
Jesi received her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She graduated with Pro Bono Distinction for her work providing legal services to various organizations, including the Probate Lawyers Assistance Project, the Arizona Justice Project, and Arizona Veterans StandDown Alliance. While in law school, Jesi interned with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Fraud and Special Prosecutions Division, as well as the Scottsdale City Attorney’s Office.
