Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce Howard Kravitz has joined the firm as its Chief Marketing Officer.

“Hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to augment and further advance our business development and marketing function was an important strategic objective,” said Tom Fitzgerald, Winston’s chair. “We are fortunate to have found a key industry leader to take on this vital area for us and are excited to welcome Howard to the firm.”

“Howard’s experience spanning both the financial and professional services industries will offer invaluable support in our efforts to continue to promote a service-oriented and client-focused culture,” added Michael Elkin, the firm’s vice-chair.

Howard joins the firm from Debevoise & Plimpton LLP where he served as Director of Global Business Development & Marketing and was charged with expanding client relationships, protecting and promoting the firm’s image, public relations, communications, and analytics initiatives. He previously served as the Managing Director and U.S. Marketing Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and was responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies across all business units, sectors, solutions, and geographies.

“Winston is a widely recognized international firm, and I am thrilled to join the leadership team. I look forward continuing the work of a great team on enhancing the Winston brand and various business development initiatives as part of the firm’s overall strategic plan,” said Howard.
