BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy attorneys Jaclyn Kugell and Gregory Manousos participated at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) Bar Association’s 23rd Annual Virtual Employment Law Conference on Friday, December 4, 2020. Kugell co-chaired the event and Manousos spoke on best practices for ADR and trial practice.

MCLE’s 23rd Annual Employment Law Conference featured expert practitioners who discussed the impact of new statutes, regulations, and MCAD policies and procedures. Additionally, presenters shared current philosophies, assessments, and strategies for dealing with a variety of practical employment law issues.
