BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Jaclyn L. Kugell served as a panelist on the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) webinar, “Pandemic to Endemic: Temporary and Permanent Changes to Process and Substance at MCAD During COVID,” on December 7, 2021. Kugell, along with the General Counsel of the MCAD and other panelists, discussed the impacts of the pandemic on the practice of employment law in the Commonwealth.
