BOSTON, MA—Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that Joshua M. Bowman, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and chair of the Hospitality Practice Group, spoke at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Distressed Hotel Loans: Current Trends, Drafting Tips, and What’s Next,” on Thursday, March 11, 2021. The virtual program provided a practitioner’s overview of the issues that have arisen in hotel loan modifications, extensions, and workouts over the past several months, as well as a forecast for what the next six to 12 months may bring.
Bowman has extensive experience counseling local and national real estate owners and developers, institutional and non-institutional lenders, investors, tenants, contractors, and other businesses in connection with a wide variety of transactions and situations.
