CHICAGO, IL—King & Spalding today announced that Mary Liz Brady has joined the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) practice as a partner in Chicago.
Brady represents borrowers and lenders in leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. She also provides finance support for private equity and M&A transactions and for public company financings.
