Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West business law firm, announced Kristi Lundstrom, an attorney in the firm’s Phoenix office, has been elected president of the Western Pension & Benefits Council’s Phoenix Chapter.

Lundstrom focuses her practice on the areas of ERISA and employee benefits, employment and labor law, and business and finance. She reviews and consults on a variety of qualified plan issues, including drafting, amending, and terminating 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, ESOPs and pension plans, as well as advising on resolutions to a wide range of plan failures. Lundstrom earned her J.D. from Duke University, her M.A. from Brigham Young University and her B.A. from Utah State University.
The Phoenix Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits Council has served as a resource to benefits professionals for over 30 years. The educational programs and networking opportunities the Chapter facilitates are designed to meet the particular needs of local members.
