DALLAS—Kristin M. Burns has joined the Godwin Bowman PC Commercial Litigation Practice Group as an Associate in the Firm’s Dallas office.
Ms. Burns’ primary focus is on commercial and business litigation matters in a broad range of complex legal issues. Her practice involves representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in business and commercial disputes and relating to banking, corporate governance, contract disputes, mergers and acquisitions, employment, and other business litigation issues.
