In the Los Angeles Office the new partners are Kenneth D. Askin, Ghaith Mahmood and Elizabeth Y. J. Oh.
Kenneth D. Askin is a member of the Banking Practice in the Finance Department who advises on domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, structured financings, and other secured and unsecured leveraged finance transactions.
Ghaith Mahmood is a member of the Technology Transactions Practice in the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on technology and intellectual property-related transactions, advising companies and investors in a broad range of technology and digital media sectors.
Elizabeth Y. J. Oh is a member of the Banking Practice in the Finance Department who advises on debt financing for direct lenders in the late stage growth and lower middle market space, including technology and life sciences companies, practicing in the firm’s Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.
