DALLAS, TX—Locke Lord Dallas Partner Frank Stevenson has been elected President of the Western States Bar Conference (WSBC), a forum for the mutual interchange of ideas among bar leaders of the organization’s 15 member states.
Stevenson, who is only the second Texan to lead the WSBC over its 75-year history, previously served as the organization’s President-Elect and Vice President. He served as President of the State Bar of Texas and Chair of its Board of Directors, Chair of the Dallas Bar Foundation and President of the Dallas Bar Association. He is a current Trustee of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Stevenson has been with Locke Lord for the entirety of his legal career and represents financial institutions, owners, developers and other clients in the purchase and sale of improved and unimproved property, financing transactions and workout matters. As head of Locke Lord’s Transportation and Infrastructure Section, his experience also includes extensive work in the transportation field.
