FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Marcus Susen, partner with Parafinczuk Wolf Susen, presented at the 2019 Mass Torts Made Perfect conference in Las Vegas. The panel, “Essure Discontinued: Where do we go from here?” discussed the latest legal update regarding the thousands of Essure cases that are filed across the country.
Susen is board certified in Civil Trial Law and serves as lead counsel for the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the Essure mass tort litigation and was the first to file a lawsuit against Bayer in this case, having overcome the device’s pre-market approval.
