McGlinchey Attorneys Named American Bar Foundation Fellows

BATON ROUGE, LA—McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Drew Patty (Baton Rouge) and Ben Schupp (New Orleans) have been elected Fellows of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Membership is limited to just one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by their peers and selected by the ABF Board.

Drew leads McGlinchey’s Intellectual Property and co-leads the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy teams. He has 30 years’ experience representing clients from health care to chemical/energy and manufacturing, financial services, and others in matters.

Ben leads the firm’s Maritime and Admiralty practice, and has almost 30 years’ experience advising financial institutions and international marine asset owners in transactions involving vessel charters, sales, ship mortgages, marine construction, maritime liens, and dock and terminal issues.

Drew and Ben join eight other McGlinchey attorneys as ABF Fellows.
