CLEVELAND, OH—McGlinchey Stafford is proud to announce the appointment of Lynette Hotchkiss and Kelly Lipinski, attorneys in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Compliance practice group, to the Governing Committee of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law (CCFL).
Hotchkiss is Of Counsel in McGlinchey’s Nashville office. She has worked in consumer finance law for more than 35 years, including in-house at banks as General Counsel, and as a senior attorney within the federal government. Hotchkiss primarily advises banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, and other financial institution clients on legal and regulatory matters related to consumer financial protection laws and regulations, and on corporate governance, risk management, and other bank safety and soundness issues. Over the years, she has served in several leadership positions in state and national legal organizations.
Lipinski is a Member (Partner) in the firm’s Cleveland office. She counsels a full range of financial institutions, including depository institutions and their affiliates, mortgage companies, sales finance companies, and lenders partnering with fintech companies, with a special focus on motor vehicle finance and education finance. Lipinski serves on the firm’s Policy (Executive) Committee, and chairs a number of financial services committees for national legal and industry organizations.
