DALLAS, TX—Michael D. Pegues, a Dallas-based shareholder and vice chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice at Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli, has been appointed by Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson to the board of commissioners for DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas, formerly known as the Dallas Housing Authority.
The board of commissioners for DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas is responsible for setting policy and financial oversight. Together, the organization’s board of commissioners and DHA’s executive leadership team set the mission, vision and strategy for the agency, which focuses on providing affordable, quality housing and access to supportive resources across North Texas.
A leader both at Polsinelli and across the legal profession, Pegues draws upon over 25 years of federal court litigation experience to advocate for his clients. Pegues’ expertise ensures that his clients’ intellectual property portfolios and technology assets are protected as they achieve their business objectives.
