MIAMI, FL—Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has added noted litigator, Miranda Lundeen Soto as a shareholder in its Miami office. Soto is the latest addition to the growing, diverse, women-led office, which serves Florida and national clients in the finance, healthcare, real estate and hospitality industries. She brings with her key expertise in products liability law and strong ties to the Florida legal and business communities.

Soto is Florida Bar Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and specializes in high-stakes litigation and complex commercial cases on behalf of sophisticated businesses in cases involving commercial and business disputes, professional and legal malpractice claims, product liability, complex fraud matters, public policy matters, cases of first impression, high-stakes personal injury cases, franchisee/franchisor litigation, trust and estate litigation and premises liability at the state and federal levels.

Soto received her J.D. from Drake University Law School and her B.A. from the University of Alabama. She is active in her community and enjoys mentoring young lawyers and aspiring judges. Soto serves as Commissioner for 11th Judicial Circuit and Vice Chair at the Judicial Nominating Commission, is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) with their trial advocacy programs.
