JACKSONVILLE, FL—Sodl & Ingram, PLLC, a law firm that serves clients in commercial real estate, investment, financing and development, today announced that Miriam Hill and Beth Rothenberg have joined the firm’s Downtown Jacksonville office.
The addition of Hill and Rothenberg represents a significant expansion since founding attorneys Andrew M. Sodl and Thomas O. Ingram launched the firm in July 2019.
Hill is a corporate and real estate attorney who advises clients on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale agreements, corporate governance and public and private financing transactions. Prior to joining Sodl & Ingram, she operated a successful law practice based in Amelia Island; earlier in her career, Hill was a lawyer at Holland & Knight, where she practiced in the area of public companies and securities and served as a Chesterfield Smith Fellow. She is licensed to practice in Florida and New York. Outside of her role at Sodl & Ingram, Hill was recently elected to the Nassau County Ocean Highway and Port Authority, District 1.
Rothenberg is a real estate attorney who focuses on environmental, health and safety law. She has extensive experience managing due diligence in complex real estate and corporate transactions and working closely with clients and consultants to minimize risks. Rothenberg also counsels clients on a range of regulatory compliance issues and defends them against environmental and OSHA enforcement actions. She is adept at representing clients in federal and state litigation stemming from both environmental-related and commercial disputes. Rothenberg joins Sodl & Ingram after serving as a partner in the Jacksonville offices of Holland & Knight and McGuireWoods.
