PHILADELPHIA, PA—The Pond Lehocky Giordano’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is committed to making meaningful impact for employees, clients, and community in 2021. The Committee led staff in a day of service cleaning Rittenhouse Square Park on Martin Luther King, Jr., Day.
“Pond Lehocky is proud to announce that Martin Luther King Day will become an annual day of service for our Firm,” Founding Partner Thomas J. Giordano shares. “We are grateful to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for this idea, and we hope it inspires other law firms and businesses looking to honor Dr. King’s legacy to consider doing the same.”
The creation of the DEI committee is Pond Lehocky’s declaration to continue to grow, learn, listen, and improve. DEI was formed under the leadership of Founding Partner Thomas J. Giordano, Jr. and chaired by Partner Melissa R. Chandy. The DEI committee is comprised of attorneys, members of the Firm’s executive team, and staff members.
