The group includes Foundry Legal founder Larkin Reynolds, who joins as partner and will anchor the firm’s technology, privacy and cybersecurity practices, and associate Ezra Kramer.
Reynolds is a technology-focused advisor, helping small and large business clients navigate complex transactions from beginning to end, including the maze of privacy and data security laws. Her practice blends commercial and technology transactions in the emerging company space with data privacy compliance and breach response. Kramer works extensively with early-stage companies in matters involving equity distribution among founders, early-stage financing and exempt offerings, entity selection and corporate structuring, founder and employee compensation, co-branding relationships, and complex regulatory compliance.
