Ogletree Deakins’ California offices welcome five new attorneys

LOS ANGELES, CA—Ogletree Deakins welcomes five new attorneys to its California offices.

Melis Atalay will join the Los Angeles office as an associate. Atalay defends employers against wage and hour class action and PAGA claims. She earned her J.D. from the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law in 2014.

Chloe Chang will join the Los Angeles office as an associate. Change represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, and in proceedings before various administrative agencies. She earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2017.

Carmen Aguado will join the Los Angeles office as an associate. Aguado’s practice focuses on defending employers in single plaintiff employment matters filed in state and federal court. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2013.

Michael Eger will join the Torrance office as Counsel. Eger will focus his practice on employment law. He earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2010.

Heidi Kim will join the San Francisco office as an associate. Her practice focuses on representing employers through all phases of litigation in state and federal court. Kim earned her J.D., with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2015.
