Legal Services of Greater Miami and Evensky & Katz / Foldes Wealth Management’s recent “Cocktails Under the Stars” charity event to raise funds and awareness for families in our community facing legal barriers.
More than 100+ distinguished professionals and philanthropists gathered at Fiola’s La Terraza in Coral Gables on Thursday, Nov. 3. At the event, Evensky & Katz / Foldes pledged a $10,000 (multi-year) gift and committed to sponsoring Legal Services of Greater Miami’s annual fundraiser for the next three years.
Over $11,000 was raised through gifts, raffles, and proceeds from the silent auction. The host committee consisted of Scott Baena, Jeremy Daniels, David Evensky, Michael Gongora, Eric Gros Du Bois, Jim Meyer, Lilly Ann Sanchez, Roland Sanchez-Medina, Marcos Segrera, Ari A. Sweetbaum, and Josh Young.
