BOSTON, MA—Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that attorney Peter Friedenberg presented at the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) webinar, “Lab/Life Science Leasing: What Commercial Leasing Lawyers Must Know”. During the program, Friedenberg and fellow panelists discussed the considerations that make the leasing of laboratory space unique from typical office or other lease transactions. With recent reports showing that Boston has the lowest life science vacancy in the country, the webinar was a timely opportunity for participants to learn about lab-specific leasing issues from both the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective.
