WASHINGTON, D.C.—Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that leading securities and derivatives attorney Susan I. Gault-Brown has joined the firm’s Washington, DC office as a partner and chair of its fintech practice group, a division of the firm’s nationally-ranked investment management practice.

Gault-Brown will lead Stradley’s fintech practice group and serve as a member of the firm’s investment management department. She is the immediate past chair of Morrison & Foerster LLP’s investment management group and served as the blockchain + smart contracts group co-chair.

Gault-Brown has significant experience with emerging financial services products that are web and app-based, including crowdfunding platforms, investment platforms, cryptocurrencies, digital assets, blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) and roboadvisers.
