Litigation attorney Rafferty Taylor at the U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson, has been promoted to Partner. She is resident in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Taylor focuses her practice primarily in tort litigation, including cases involving products liability, pharmaceutical and medical device product defense, trucking and transportation litigation, and general liability matters. She has represented major pharmaceutical companies in complex products liability litigation and mass tort litigation. She has also acted as national counsel for several companies in matters involving high-exposure trucking and products liability litigation and manages this litigation throughout the country.
Taylor was previously an associate with the firm. In 2015, she was named a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Fort Lauderdale’s Finest Honoree and she is an Ann Storck Center Ambassador.
Taylor is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. She holds a J.D. from University at Buffalo School of Law and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
