LEXINGTON, KY—The American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law has selected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Rebecca M.W. Sherman for its 2022 Diversity Fellowship.
Sherman is a Member (Partner) based in the firm’s Lexington office and is a member of the Construction Service Group. Her practice focuses on advising clients throughout all phases of construction projects including planning, contract drafting and negotiation, project administration and disputes. Additionally, Sherman routinely represents professional athletes and entertainers in contract negotiations, business advice and litigation matters.
