PHOENIX, AZ—Blythe Grace announces that Robert P. Rutila has joined the firm as a partner.
Rutila has practiced law for over 20 years handling complex construction issues, commercial disputes (including landlord/tenant disputes), creditor’s rights matters, real estate leases and transactions, banking cases, and Americans with Disabilities Act premises actions. Mr. Rutila also has substantial experience representing both national and community banking organizations and insurance companies in certain loan foreclosure, general litigation, and bankruptcy matters.
Rutila was born and raised in Phoenix, attending Brophy College Preparatory high school. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Santa Clara University School of Law. Mr. Rutila began his law practice in California before relocating back to Arizona over 20 years ago.
