Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Shelly A. Solomon, who received the 2018 Service Award from the Temple Law Alumni Association.
This honor is bestowed annually on an individual who has provided outstanding service to TLAA, the law school and its alumni and demonstrates a commitment to TLAA’s principles.
Solomon, who serves as Associate General Counsel at the firm, has dedicated countless hours to further TLAA’s mission and achieve its goals. She has served as TLAA’s assistant secretary and hosting Association meetings.
At Fox, Solomon works in the firm’s Office of General Counsel, providing risk management advice to more than 800 attorneys throughout the nationwide network of offices, advising on compliance with the rules of professional conduct and helping to identify and resolve conflicts of interest. She first joined Fox Rothschild as conflicts counsel, providing analysis of conflict of interest issues and working with attorneys to help identify a means for resolution. Shelly also assisted in the maintenance of the firm’s ethical walls, clearing incoming laterals and handling other conflicts-related projects as they arose.
Shelly is devoted to mentorship and volunteers for the Big Brother Big Sisters Program. She also serves as a mentor to law students from diverse backgrounds.
