During the webinar, McCarthy and fellow panelists discussed best practices for advising clients who are suddenly forced to close their businesses due to the COVID-19 pandemic and addressed important questions about dealing with layoffs and benefits, insurance issues, real estate and equipment leases, the potential liability of owners, whether bankruptcy is the right choice, and other related topics.
