GULFPORT, FL— Ellen S. Podgor, J.D., Gary R. Trombley family white-collar crime research professor at Stetson University College of Law, recently presented at the International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law’s Bribery and Corruption Conference: Modern Approaches to an Eternal Problem in Brisbane, Australia.

Podgor discussed how United States federal prosecutors often use “shortcut offenses” to prosecute bribery and corruption, a theme from her article that published in the University of Illinois Law Review entitled, “White Collar Shortcuts.”
