Yusra Bokhari, Of Counsel, is a dedicated advocate and problem solver for every client she represents. Whether it’s healthcare providers, corporations, property developers, governmental entities, individuals, or foreign diplomats, Yusra is singularly focused on meeting her client’s expectations and delivering desired outcomes. Her dynamic practice includes civil and commercial litigation, administrative disputes, real estate transactions and disputes, immigration advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Before joining G&K, Yusra practiced at two Valley law firms in the areas of general litigation and immigration law, in addition to her three years at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General.
Bruce May, Senior Counsel, joins G&K with 44 years of experience handling complex real estate, finance, commercial leasing, and business transactions. He has extensive experience with office, retail, condominium and mixed-use projects, industrial and solar development, master-planned communities, and
public and private partnerships. His full-service legal counsel includes negotiating with homebuilders and golf course designers; assessing and resolving complex regulatory issues raised by wetlands; U.S. waterways; protected habitats, species, and native plants; and significant archeological sites, all requiring extensive local, state, and Corp of Engineers permitting.
